Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Transformed Trees & Landscape LLC (“we,” “our,” “the Company”) provides tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, irrigation installation and repair, and landscape services at customer properties in the greater Tucson, Arizona area. All services are performed as described in the estimate provided prior to work beginning.

2. Estimates & Payment

All estimates are free and provided in writing. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after 30 days or if the scope of work changes.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large-scope projects. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of estimate. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.

3. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a trip fee to cover labor and equipment costs already committed to your job. We understand emergencies happen — please just give us a call as soon as possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Property access: The customer must ensure that our crew has safe, unobstructed access to the work area on the scheduled service date. This includes moving vehicles, unlocking gates, and securing pets.
• Underground utilities: The customer is responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or buried cables in the work area before work begins. Call 811 (Arizona Blue Stake) before any digging.
• HOA approval: If your property is governed by a homeowners association, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any required HOA approval for tree removal, landscape modifications, or other visible changes before scheduling work.
• Accurate information: Please disclose any known property issues, structural concerns, or unusual conditions that may affect service delivery.

5. Weather-Related Delays

Tucson’s monsoon season and extreme heat can occasionally create unsafe working conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services when weather conditions pose a safety risk to our crew or your property. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.

6. Liability & Property Damage

Transformed Trees & Landscape LLC carries liability insurance and will take every precaution to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from:

• Pre-existing conditions of trees, structures, or property not disclosed at time of estimate
• Underground utilities or irrigation lines not properly marked by the customer prior to work
• Diseased or structurally compromised trees that fail during or after service
• Normal incidental damage inherent to tree removal (minor lawn compression, etc.)

Any damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
